Quneitra:The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has condemned the escalation of Israeli military incursions in Quneitra and the Daraa countryside in recent days.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry highlighted that these incursions have been accompanied by increased flights of Israeli helicopters, reconnaissance aircraft, and combat jets over southern Syria.

The Ministry stated that these maneuvers represent a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, posing a direct threat to the security of Syrian citizens. It warned that such actions could undermine prospects for stability and security, hindering reconstruction and recovery efforts in the region.

Furthermore, the Ministry urged the international community to fulfill its responsibilities by compelling Israeli forces to adhere to international law and United Nations resolutions, given the rising security tensions in southern Syria and the frequent raids and incursions occurring recently.
