Washington:US President Donald Trump revealed two possibilities regarding Iran, one of which includes launching an attack.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Trump, in a speech, stated, “I have dealt with Iran very effectively, and I may have to finish the job, or perhaps the Iranians will reach an agreement.”

Trump expressed uncertainty about Iran’s willingness to make a deal but assured that the US would prevail regardless of the outcome. He mentioned the potential for a military attack on Iran, emphasizing that it could happen imminently, though he withheld specifics on timing.

Highlighting the alternatives, Trump noted the possibility of launching an attack versus reaching a favorable agreement with Iran. The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump was briefed on military options, including targeting Iranian nuclear facilities and islands controlled by Tehran, with expectations of resuming significant military operations against Iran.
