Diwaniyah: A 13-year-old boy was killed by his brother while playing with a weapon after receiving a bullet in his chest in the Albu Jassim area in Diwaniyah.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the security services arrested the victim’s brother and took legal action against him in the competent courts.
