Amarah: A security source in Maysan Governorate announced today that one person was killed and another one seriously injured in a brawl that broke out inside a cafe in Amarah, the governorate's capital.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the altercation between two individuals escalated into a violent fight during which firearms were used, resulting in the death of one at the scene, while the other was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

The source added that security forces cordoned off the area and launched an investigation to determine the cause of the brawl and the parties involved.
