Baquba Unidentified gunmen assassinated a civilian near his house in Al-Muqdadiya district, Diyala governorate.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): “Unidentified gunmen opened fire on a civilian, who works as a teacher, near his house in the village of Al-Bayat, in the suburbs of Muqdadiya, northeast of Baquba, which led to his immediate death.”
He added, “A security force arrived at the scene of the accident, while the body was transferred to the forensic medicine department.”
