Mosul, A civilian was seriously injured when an explosive device left behind by ISIS exploded, west of Mosul.
A source in the Nineveh police told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: “An explosive device exploded when a civilian was leaving his house in Zummar district, west of Mosul.”
The source added: “The police cordoned off the scene of the accident and took the injured person to the hospital.”
