Baghdad The security forces seized a den for smuggling oil derivatives, in Al-Rusafa, from Baghdad.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement, “A joint force from al-Rusafa Oil Police Station and the third regiment of the Central Oil Police, in cooperation with the National Security Agency, raided a den for smuggling oil derivatives in Al-Shaab area of the capital, Baghdad, and as a result of this operation, tanks of various capacities were seized, loaded with an unknown oil product, equipment, pulling and unloading engines, as well as a loading behicle were used to transport the smuggled product .

The statement added, “The seized items were deposited in one of the specialized oil police stations, in preparation for completing the legal procedures and presenting them to the judiciary.”
