Baquba A Diyala police force arrested a drug dealer of foreign nationality.
Brigadier-General Nihad Al-Mahdawi, the media spokesman for the Diyala Police Command, told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that a security force, based on intelligence information, arrested a foreign-national narcotics promoter at one of the border crossings in Diyala, with a quantity of them in his possession.
