A government source: Iranian water torrents do not pose a danger to the border villages east of Baquba

Baquba The border strip between Iraq and Iran, east of Diyala, witnessed the flow of water torrents through the paths of valleys and rivers east of Baquba.

A government source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the wave of Iranian torrents began to flow through the Naft (oil) valley tracks near the border between Iraq and Iran from the western side of Qazaniya district, east of Baquba .

He added that the flow of torrents does not pose a danger to the villages and nearby areas, but we will remain in follow-up and monitoring in anticipation of any emergency by the government crisis cell.
