Baghdad A high-ranking security delegation headed by the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant-General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Commander of the Border Guard Forces, arrived this morning, in Zakho district, northwest of Dohuk Governorate.
The delegation visited the headquarters of the first border guard brigade in Batoufa area to assess the security situation on the Iraqi-Turkish border.
