Mosul: A joint force from the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) and the Iraqi Army carried out a security operation to secure Wadi al-Nuja, south of Mosul.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the PMF stated that the operation involved the 1st Regiment of the 73rd Brigade and the 2nd Regiment of the 50th Brigade of the 14th Iraqi Army Division. The forces focused on searching Wadi al-Nuja and the village of Tuwaina.

The PMF emphasized that this operation is part of ongoing security efforts to enhance stability in the liberated areas. The objectives include pursuing wanted individuals and ensuring a safe environment for the residents of the region.
