A Leader In The Salvation And Development Front: The Current Crisis Is A Struggle To Clings To Power With A Personal Dimension

Baghdad The politician and leader of the Salvation and Development Front, Khaled Al-Dabouni, confirmed that the current crisis is a struggle that clings to power with a personal dimension.

He told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): The two sides of the conflict adhere to their position, and the crisis has taken on a personal dimension more than a political one, which is a struggle of leaders to seize power.

Al-Dabouni predicted: everyone will try to please Al-Sadr and elect a non-Sudanese settlement candidate to move towards early elections.

He explained: Al-Sadr wants to dissolve parliament and keep Al-Kadhimi’s government, and therefore the whole country will be under his control.

The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, addressed the political leaders by saying that they should not expect him to have a secret dialogue in the future.

He added in a tweet: I have waived a lot for the sake of the people and civil peace, and we are waiting for what they have in their pockets to fix what has been spoiled to save Iraq.
