A man committed suicide by hanging himself inside his house in the center of Hilla on Friday.

A source in the Babylon Police said, “A man born in 1963 committed suicide by hanging himself inside his house in the Mohandessin neighborhood in the center of Hilla, without knowing the reasons.”

He added that the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine department, and that an investigation had been opened into the accident.
