Basra: A massive fire has erupted following a turbine explosion at the Al-Burjesia Oil Site No. 1, as reported by the Basra Civil Defense Directorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Directorate's media highlighted that Civil Defense teams, led by Brigadier General Mazen Mohammed Lafta, Director of Basra Civil Defense, along with Basra Oil Firefighting Teams, are actively working to extinguish the fire. The teams are engaged in efforts to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading further.
