Baghdad Police seized a motorcycle bomb in the city of Hilla, the capital of Babylon Governorate.

The Babylon Police Command stated in a statement that the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) received a copy of it, that the bike was parked in Ibn Idris Square in the center of Hilla, and after inspecting it, it was found that it was booby-trapped with two grenades, one of which was a defensive grenade from which the safety pin was pulled out and secured with adhesive tape.” The second was in a plastic box, along with other explosive materials.

It added that the materials seized by the explosives-fighting detachments have been removed.”
