Baghdad The Judicial Authority received the “Integrity Investigation Court in Karkh”, an official lawsuit filed by MPs Basem Al-Khashan and Mustafa Sanad against the head of the caretaker government, Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, and the current Oil Minister, Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar, because of the establishment of the National Oil Company and the assignment of the Oil Minister to head it, in violation of the law.
