Babil: Security forces arrested a suspect in the promotion of counterfeit currency, north of Hillah, the center of Babil Governorate. A joint effort by the National Security Service and Babil Police led to the arrest of the suspect in an ambush in Jablah district.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the police have transferred the suspect to the competent authorities for investigation. The operation highlights the ongoing efforts by security forces to combat financial crimes in the region.
