Diyala: The Military Intelligence Directorate announced today the thwarting of an oil smuggling operation in Diyala Governorate, following close monitoring of smugglers' movements in one of the governorate's border areas.

The vehicle was traveling from the Al-Adhaim area towards the Kifri district with the purpose of illegal fuel trading.
