A security source in the Joint Operations Command in Kirkuk announced the death of a soldier and the killing of three ISIS terrorists, after carrying out an operation that targeted a hideout of ISIS elements near Kirkuk.

A security source said that a force from the Eighth Division of the Iraqi Army with the Popular Mobilization Forces, according to intelligence information and with the support of army aviation, raided an ISIS hideout in the Turklan area, and clashes broke out in which ISIS elements used hand grenades, and the joint force managed to kill three ISIS fighters, while an Iraqi army member was martyred.
