A joint security force found a cache of ammunition and explosives, northeast of Baquba, Diyala Governorate Center.
A security source told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that a joint force from the Diyala police, intelligence and anti-terrorism forces, in an inspection operation in Basateen Nahr al-Imam on the outskirts of Muqdadiya, northeast of Baquba, found a cache of ammunition and explosives.
He added that the civil defense treatment team was able to remove the explosive materials and hand them over to the relevant security authorities.
