Diyala: Diyala Police Command announced the arrest of a suspect in his possession of crystal methamphetamine.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the police command stated in a press release that “the canine unit arrested a suspect in his possession of a quantity of crystal methamphetamine at the Al-Ghalibiya checkpoint on the Baghdad-Kirkuk road.”

The statement added that “the necessary legal procedures were taken against him, and he was handed over, along with the seized drugs, to the relevant authorities to complete the investigations and take further legal action.”
