Baghdad / NINA /- The Justice Police Station in Baghdad Al-Karkh Police announced today, Thursday, the arrest of a suspect who ran over a cleaner and fled.

The Baghdad Al-Karkh police said in a statement, “An accident occurred when a cleaner was ran over within the sector of responsibility of the Al-Adel Police Station in the Baghdad Al-Karkh police command, which led to the death of the cleaner,” indicating that “the accused fled in his hurry, and the Baghdad police chief directed Al-Karkh to form a specialized work team to reach to the offender.

It explained, “Indeed, the work team was able to identify the accused, track his movement, arrest him, seize the vehicle, and take him to the police station to take the necessary legal measures against him in accordance with the law.”/ End
