Baghdad A joint security force dismantled a terrorist cell that was planning to carry out suicide operations in Kirkuk Governorate.
A statement by the Popular Mobilization Commission stated: “The intelligence detachments, in coordination with a force from the Kirkuk and East Tigris Operations Command in the Popular Mobilization, were able to dismantle a terrorist cell and arrest two members of the terrorist organization.”
It added, “The terrorist cell was planning to carry out suicide operations inside the center of Kirkuk governorate.”
