Baghdad, The football analyst, the former Tunisian international player, Tariq Diab, praised the opening ceremony of the Gulf 25 Championship in Basra.
Diab said in a tweet: “A dazzling opening ceremony gave us a picture of the civilization of Mesopotamia … the country of science, culture and history.”
He added: “Thank you to Iraq for this distinguished opening.”
