Baghdad: The Electoral Commission has announced the permanent exclusion of Ahmed al-Jubouri, also known as Abu Mazen, the Secretary-General of the National Masses Party, from participating in the upcoming elections.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in response to his exclusion, Abu Mazen announced that Mazen Ahmed Abdullah will be his replacement candidate. He emphasized that the project he has championed for years will not be affected by his exclusion, asserting that Mazen will continue the same approach in Parliament.
