Baghdad: In the presence of government and international banking officials, the “Access to Finance Strategy” was launched in Baghdad. The initiative was announced under the patronage of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Central Bank of Iraq, and the Iraqi Private Banks League.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the launching ceremony was attended by the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ammar Khalaf. The event also saw the participation of academics, businessmen, investors, and representatives of diplomatic missions, private banks, and experts from the banking sector.
