Baghdad: First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Adnan Faihan al-Dulaimi affirmed that “the next phase necessitates prioritizing dialogue and understanding, and working diligently to address priority issues, in order to support political stability and fulfill citizens’ aspirations for reform and reconstruction.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, this statement was made during Faihan’s reception of well-wishers from various segments of society on the occasion of his election as First Deputy Speaker of Parliament. He emphasized that this trust represents a significant national responsibility, requiring redoubled efforts and teamwork to serve the Iraqi people and enhance the legislative and oversight role of Parliament.
