A statement issued by his office said that “Al-Amiri received in his office in Baghdad, today, Friday, the governors of Baghdad, Basra, Karbala, Muthanna, Qadisiyah, Wasit, Babylon and Diyala,” and discussed with them ways to raise the level of services provided to the people of these provinces and the most important obstacles that hinder the work of governors and their departments, as well as the importance of setting priorities for various projects.

Al-Amiri affirmed his full readiness to provide the required support to meet the demands of the people of all governorates through cooperation and coordination with the federal government and to provide a supportive environment for this trend through political and parliamentary support.
