Al-Amiri from Diyala: We will not allow anyone to play the sectarian card again

The head of Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi Al-Amiri, affirmed: “The recent terrorist attacks in Diyala aim to stir up sectarianism again,” stressing that: “We will not allow anyone to play the sectarian card again .”

Al-Amiri said during his participation in the general tribal conference held by the Bani Tamim tribe in Diyala Governorate on the occasion of the eighth anniversary of the province’s liberation from terrorism: “Had it not been for the religious authority’s fatwa, ISIS would have become a fait accompli, and the unity of the components of Diyala was a reason for defeating terrorism,” pointing out that “without unity and abandoning sectarianism, terrorism may return again.”

He stressed, according to a statement by his media office: “The recent terrorist attacks in Diyala aim to stir up sectarianism again,” while Al-Amiri promised Albu Bali clan to take revenge for their pure blood.
