Baghdad: National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji underscored the significance of fostering moderation, tolerance, and fraternal coexistence among Iraqis. A statement from the National Security Advisory Office detailed that al-Araji recently hosted Dr. Saadoun al-Dulaimi, a former Minister of Defense and ex-Member of Parliament, at his office. Their discussions focused on various files and issues pertaining to maintaining the security achievements realized thus far, while also reviewing the current political and social landscape of the country.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Araji highlighted the importance of embedding the principles of moderation, tolerance, and fraternal coexistence within Iraqi society. He further stressed the need to adhere to constitutional entitlements within their designated timelines, aiming to bolster the democratic framework, safeguard the rights of Iraqi citizens, and fortify the state’s foundational structures.
