Baghdad: National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji met with the head of the Azm Alliance, Muthanna Al-Samarrai, on Tuesday evening. The meeting focused on the country’s security and political situation, as well as recent regional developments.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Araji and Al-Samarrai emphasized the importance of unifying the national discourse and supporting the government’s efforts in implementing its program. The discussions aimed at ensuring that these efforts serve the interests of both the citizens and the nation.

The necessity of political convergence was also highlighted by both leaders. They stressed that this is particularly crucial at the current stage to strengthen national unity and societal cohesion.
