Baghdad: The Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, Qasim Al-Araji, and the Charg© d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Iraq, Christoph Prommersberger, have underscored the necessity of ongoing coordination and cooperation between Iraq and the Netherlands.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Araji hosted the Dutch diplomat to discuss recent security and political developments both locally and regionally. The discussions also focused on strengthening bilateral relations, particularly in security and counter-terrorism, to enhance security and stability.

Both representatives stressed the importance of continuous collaboration, sharing expertise in mutually beneficial areas, and supporting initiatives that reinforce security and stability to meet shared objectives.

Prommersberger conveyed his gratitude for the Iraqi government’s efforts to improve security and stability, reaffirming the Netherlands’ commitment to maintaining cooperation with Iraq and advancing bilateral ties.
