Erbil: National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Araji, along with a high-ranking security delegation, convened a joint meeting in Erbil with the Minister of Interior of the Kurdistan region, Reber Ahmed. The meeting also included the UN Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in Iraq, regional security officials, and the heads of the Courts of Appeal of Erbil, Nineveh, and Kirkuk.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussion focused on the current conditions of the displaced persons camps, specifically Hassan Sham and Debaga. The meeting aimed to establish a coordination mechanism to address and resolve the issues facing these camps.

The meeting concluded with a recommendation to establish a joint committee. This committee will be responsible for presenting positions and recommendations to the Supreme Judicial Council in Baghdad.
