Baghdad: National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji met with Nineveh MP Qusay Abbas al-Shabaki to discuss the general situation in the province and the enactment of laws that serve the people and strengthen the state.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the National Security Advisory stated in a press release: “Al-Araji received al-Shabaki in his office today, Tuesday, and they emphasized the necessity of political consensus and respect for constitutional timelines, in order to reflect the will of the people and establish a new parliament that meets the requirements of the current stage.”
