KUWAIT CITY: National Security Advisor Qassim Al-Araji discussed with the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar ways to consolidate fraternal relations between Iraq and the State of Qatar.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Araji met with Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Hanzab, the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, in the State of Kuwait. This meeting took place on the sidelines of a high-level conference focused on enhancing international cooperation to combat terrorism and build flexible border security mechanisms.

The discussions centered on continuing constructive cooperation in combating terrorism and exchanging information. Furthermore, Al-Araji and Al-Hanzab explored various issues and files of common interest, aiming to strengthen the bilateral ties between Iraq and Qatar.
