Baghdad: National Security Adviser Qasim al-Araji received former Speaker of Parliament Dr. Salim al-Jabouri in his office today, Saturday. During the meeting, they reviewed the overall internal political and security situation in the country.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussions also focused on enhancing cooperation between citizens and security services. Both leaders emphasized the importance of rejecting extremist rhetoric and aimed to strengthen societal cohesion and consolidate the foundations of national unity.
