Baghdad: National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji met today with the US Charg© d’Affaires in Baghdad, Joshua Harris, to discuss the ongoing cooperation and partnership between Iraq and the United States.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during the meeting, al-Araji highlighted the Iraqi government’s efforts to protect Iraq from regional conflicts and to avoid becoming a battleground for external disputes. He praised the political blocs’ endeavors to form a government that aligns with the aspirations of the Iraqi people, focusing on security, stability, and fostering balanced international relations.
