Al-Araji Emphasizes Iraq’s Progress in Developing Future Strategies


Manama: National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji has affirmed that Iraq is making progress in formulating successful future strategies and plans. Al-Araji’s comments came during a meeting in Manama, Bahrain, where he met with British Chief of the Defence Staff, Richard Knighton, on the sidelines of the 21st Manama Dialogue conference.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between Iraq and the United Kingdom across various levels, with a particular emphasis on security collaboration and the exchange of information and expertise. Both parties discussed the regional and global challenges and stressed the necessity for international efforts to overcome these issues to achieve sustainable peace and security.



Al-Araji highlighted that Iraq’s current approach in strategy development is contributing to its security and stability, which also has a positive effect on regional and global peace.
