Baghdad: The Prime Minister’s Security Advisor, Qasim al-Araji, highlighted the significance of backing humanitarian and social initiatives during a meeting with the head of the Voice of the Orphan Humanitarian Foundation. Al-Araji underscored the necessity of addressing the challenges faced by such organizations and emphasized the need for providing essential care and support.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Araji met with Walid Khalid al-Mayahi, the head of the Voice of the Orphan Humanitarian Foundation, along with several of his associates. During the meeting, Al-Araji emphasized the importance of overcoming the difficulties faced by the foundation and providing the necessary support to continue their crucial work.

He also urged the members of the foundation to focus on their academic pursuits with the onset of the new academic year, wishing them success and fulfillment. Al-Araji reiterated that caring for orphans and supporting humanitarian efforts are vital to strengthening societal values of solidarity and compassion.
