Baghdad The National Security Adviser, Qassem Al-Araji, participated, today, Sunday, in the ceremony of consecrating Father Daniel Al-Khoury to the episcopal rank, at the Virgin Mary Cathedral in the capital, Baghdad.

Al-Araji blessed the Christians to consecrate Father Daniel Al-Khoury, to the degree of episcopate over the whole of Iraq, wishing him success, and to the Christians continued stability and living in their country, Iraq.

The ceremony of consecrating was attended by several religious and political figures from various governorates of Iraq.
