Baghdad: Deputy Speaker of Parliament Farhad al-Atroushi offered his condolences today to the Bani Rikab tribe following the passing of Sheikh Lahmoud Shalaka Al-Mazal.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Atroushi expressed his sorrow in a statement, acknowledging the deep grief felt upon learning of the death of Sheikh Haj Lahmoud Muzal Al-Hamida Al-Rikabi, leader of the Bani Rikab tribe in Iraq. In his message, he extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the members of the Bani Rikab clan, as well as to the family and relatives of the deceased. He also highlighted Sheikh Lahmoud’s known patriotic stances, wisdom, social standing, and humanitarian contributions to the community.

Al-Atroushi concluded his statement by praying for mercy upon the departed soul and asking for strength and solace for Sheikh Lahmoud’s family and relatives during this difficult time.
