Baghdad: Speaker of Parliament Haibat al-Halbousi received Finance Minister Faleh al-Sari on Tuesday to discuss ways to enhance the financial and administrative performance of the ministry’s work.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from al-Halbousi’s office indicated that the meeting focused on improving the ministry’s performance. The discussions also covered mechanisms for preparing the 2027 federal budget.
