Baghdad:Parliament Speaker Heibat Al-Halbousi directed that the Governor of the Central Bank and the Minister of Finance be present at Thursday’s session to discuss the recent rise in the dollar exchange rate and its effects.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Parliament’s Media Directorate announced that Al-Halbousi has instructed the hosting of these officials to address the causes and consequences of the dollar’s exchange rate increase during the upcoming session.
