Baghdad: Speaker of Parliament Haibat al-Halbousi received this evening Hussein Ali Al Muhammad, head of the Bani Hassan Emirate in Iraq, and a number of sheikhs, accompanied by MP Sheikh Abdul Hadi al-Hasnawi, to congratulate him on his election as Speaker of Parliament for its sixth session.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place in a cordial atmosphere where the attendees expressed their well-wishes to al-Halbousi on his recent election victory.
