Baghdad Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi called on governments and countries to take proactive measures in order to improve the living conditions of their people.
Al-Halbousi said in a speech at the Forum for Peace and Stability in the Middle East held in Dohuk: “The space for freedom of expression and the aspiration of societies to better living conditions makes the possibility of the return of demonstrations in Iraq and other countries in the Middle East very possible.”
