Baghdad Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi said that our visit to Washington is a continuation of the series of talks that took place in Baghdad and Washington to organize the level of relationship between Iraq and the United States of America in all fields.

Al-Kadhimi added in press statements: What we want from the American presence in Iraq is to support our forces in training, developing their efficiency and capabilities, and security cooperation, indicating that the Iraqi army and security forces today are ready and able to defend themselves.
