Baghdad Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi stressed the need to recover the looted funds.

Al-Kadhimi said in a speech at the International Conference to Recover Stolen Funds: We welcome the brothers in the conference to recover Iraq’s looted funds and its bounties, stressing that corruption and terrorism are two sides of the same coin.
