– Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi confirmed: “There is an improvement in the means of dialogue with Turkey regarding the water file, and we are optimistic about its solution soon.”
Al-Kadhimi said in a televised statement: “We will not allow the presence of armed groups in northern Iraq to attack our neighbors, and we will appoint the people of Sinjar to defend their areas, and we will provide services to return life to normal.”
