Karbala: The Governor of Karbala, Eng. Nassif Jassim Al-Khattabi, engaged in discussions with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Jan Shnedauf, at the Governorate’s Diwan to explore avenues for joint cooperation.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation and coordination in several vital sectors, including industrial, medical, and educational fields. Governor Al-Khattabi invited Czech companies to invest and operate in the Holy Karbala Governorate, citing the area’s success, stability, and promising opportunities.
Governor Al-Khattabi highlighted Karbala’s appeal as an investment destination due to its security stability, strategic location, and its spiritual and touristic importance. He also expressed the local government’s enthusiasm for collaborating with friendly nations.
The Czech Ambassador, Jan Shnedauf, conveyed his country’s interest in bolstering relations and cooperation with Karbala across various sectors, acknowledging its cultural and humanitarian significance on a global scale.
