Baghdad: The Secretary-General of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, received a delegation from the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) headed by presidential candidate Nizar Amidi at his office in Baghdad today. During the meeting, discussions were centered around the political landscape of the country, with a focus on the importance of adhering to the constitutional timelines for nominating and electing the President of the Republic.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Khazali’s office released a statement highlighting the emphasis on following the constitutional provisions to ensure political stability.
